However we are seeing a little bit more confidence coming back to the market in recent weeks with more "first time buyers" looking around to see what is available. This has led to a number of sales of "first time buyer" homes and we are now looking for more properties in that price bracket.
This confidence stems from recent interest rate cuts (now down to 2%), which is the lowest rate since September 1939. N.Ireland Co-Ownership Housing Association who are providing funds and we are also finding that parents are helping with deposits now that house prices have gone down considerably.
